Am I qualified enough to be a high school chemistry tutor?

I will be taking general chemistry 113 at Arizona State University this spring and I've already taken chem 101and my grade was an A. In high school I also received an A in chemistry. I would really like to try and earn a little extra money by tutoring high school students in chemistry. Am I too under qualified to do so?
