Am I pregant? 2 weeks late but tests say negative?

I'm asking this on behalf of my girlfriend:

She came off the pill and had her period several weeks ago. She is about 2 weeks late now and had the morning after pill over a week ago - she was told she would get the period within a week of taking it.
She has since done 3 tests and have all been negative.

What do you think?

If she was told that she would have her period within a week of taking the morning after pill, she was lied to. Sorry, but that's the fact of the matter.

I took it, and 3 weeks later (note, I was in the middle of my cycle when I took the pills), I FINALLY started my period after getting a pregnancy test and it coming out negative.

Now, if she took the morning after pill trying to abort the baby (Idk, reading your question it sounds like she was a week late for her period and so took the morning after??) then it wouldn't have worked. The morning after pill only keeps the egg from being fertilized, or from implanting. If she were already preg, then it wouldn't do anything. But, with that many negative tests, I would say the MOST likely thing is that coming off of the birth control has simply messed up her cycle.

My friend didn't even get a period for 9 months after she stopped taking the pill. Then, she had a period for about 3 months and then got pregnant. (Was trying of course).

Hope I help you.

She's probably just stressing about her period and that's delaying it. Go back and see her doctor - he/she is better at telling you what's wrong than us!
