am i over exercising or not?

i decided to stop smoking cigarettes about 3 weeks ago after being about a pack-a-day smoker for about 5 years. to curb the withdrawals i began a regimen of exercise and healthier nutrition. i was in average shape when i started (23 years 6 foot 175 lbs) and i just did aerobic exercises the first week. after the first week i mix aerobic exercise with weightlifting in about 90 minute sessions 4-5 times per week. i have increased weight from about 50-200% depending on the muscle group over the three weeks and usually maintain my bpm around 170 for 30 minutes.
