I eat very little...only one meal a day. I use to eat 3 meals and even 4. But now I've been getting bad images in my head from traumatizing experiences in my past. And these images just make me forget about hunger sometimes.
What to do? Do u think I should just live it out?
Right now I weigh 170. I use to weigh 135 but then I actually gained 55 pounds from stress. And now I'm losing alot of weight. But now it's not stress related, it's depression.
