friday after i got off of work me and my family went to our friends house to visit them and when we got there after 5 minutes i was burning up my face and body was hot my face was flushed and i took off my shirt from work and i went to the bathroom and washed my face in cold water and it didnt work i went outside and talked to my friend and it didnt work what is going on? am i having hot flashes at age 21 yrs old?
