I keep seeing a shadow at the end of my bed constantly, and my pets act really in my room. The temperature sometimes drops or rises for no reason and I always feel like some one is watching me. Am I being haunted? If so what do I do?

I was looking on the internet to see if demons were real and I was reading something about them hurting people and stuff and my computer started shaking like crazy. It has NEVER done this before!!!!!
