I was recently arrested and I'm being charged with 2 class 2 Theft Felonies. The item stolen was over $35,000. I got arrested after trying to sell it on ebay. I know stupid. I do have a background in theft but in the past paid fines and went to a theft deterant school to get out of it. I'm facing up to 14 years by classification of the law but I am a decent guy just being stupid. Do you think I'm gonna go to jail?
I didn't actually steal the item. They are trying to charge me with it. Just tried to sell it on ebay.
When I said decent I meant I'm not some hard ass guy terrorizing the city. Just a guy dealt a rough life that was looking for an easy solution. Ended up being the hardest solution.
