I just started today, but I wanna make sure my exercises are the proper ones to improve vertical leap, or basically just dunk. I ran back and forth down my road 2 times, one normal running, and the other high knee running. I jump roped several times not stopping for atleast a minute, and jumped up and down for 1 minute. I also did squat jumps. Is that correct? Or do I need to add any other exercises?... Btw i'm 5'9, and I lowered my hoop from 10 feet 7 foot to get used to jumping up to dunk, is that helpful as well?
