Am I exercising enough to at least not gain weight?

Almost every day, I've been on the treadmill doing 45 minutes with no stops. I'll walk 5 minutes, light jog ( 5MPH ) for 5 minutes, walk another 5, then fast jog ( 6 MPH ), then sprint ( 10 MPH ) for one minute, and jog / walk the rest. I know that's really slow etc. I'm Asian, 5'8, and now 170. I used to be 180 two weeks ago, but I stopped all fast food and soda.

If I were to continue at this rate, would I stay the same? Maybe lose more weight? Would there be any drastic changes if I were to work up to 2 hours a day?
