I'm 12:
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana. OR oatmeal with blueberries.
Lunch: Salad with romaine, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, drizzled with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Snack: grapes, granola bar, small bowl of cereal.
Dinner: Penne plus pasta with ragu sauce and a side salad. OR Veggie Lasagna with a side salad.
I also drink at least 8 oz water a day and i try to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day (running, tennis, trampoline, biking, lifting weights.)

i seriously am 12! and yes, i am a vegetarian, but i still eat some fish, like salmon. really only salmon, haha.
