im 16, male, 5ft 5, 130-40 Ibs, 13% body fat. i do like 30mins cardio at normal pace on treadmill and weights/strength and lower body work 6days a week all at the gym (sundays is rest). so here's what i usually eat everyday -
morning - oats with semi skimmed milk
snack - these fruity bars/fruit
lunch - two toast with 2 eggs OR a sausage egg sandwich OR a tortilla southern fried chicken with salad in it
evening - two toast + yogurt
dinner - white boiled rice with vegies, steamed fish, cooked chicken, or some healthy chinese food
drinks - water, milk, green tea
so what are your views on what i eat ??? remember im NOT trying to lose weight at all, i wanna be very toned but NOT big
