Am i eating enough to lose the weight does it really matter?

also does eating a good portion of your calories at night a bad idea after a workout say 400-600 of them
i curruently weigh 134.8 im aiming to lose 2lbs per week
i exersise 4 times a week at the gym for an hour to an hour and a half burning 600-800 calories
i also go walking with my aunt 3 days a week for 50 mins each time
id like to be down to 120 by july 7 thanks:)
also is it bad to eat a orange before bed ?
