am I eating enough or is this okay?

I usually eat about 1100-1300 cal a day
123 pounds 5'2
exercise at least 3 times a week (intense 1 hour boxing class)
on these days I'm only taking in about 900 cal
I'd still like to loose a little more bf and then tone but I don't know if I've been eating too little
and I don't want to shock my body by increasing my calories too fast, any suggestions appreciated :)
