Am I eating enough food & getting enough calories per day? Please help?

This is what I basically eat on a daily basis. I am a Vegetarian, but still eat egg whites. I do take vitamins.

B- 3 large egg whites, two pieces of toast & glass of Oj
S- about 2 cups of fruit & low fat yogurt.
L- (1tbs of Peanut butter & 1tbs jelly) PB&J
D-Kidney beans, veggies, & a little rice.

How many calories per day am i consuming? Please be honest with me. Do you think I am eating enough?
