Am i doing good eating healthy and excersizing?

Hi so I realized i need to change my eating lifestyle and shape of my body because its getting bad

This morning I ran for only 6 min but i'm a beginner so it was kind of tough. Did lunges, excersized my arms with dumbbells, ran in place until each foot hit the ground 500 times, 35 crunches

Breakfast: Dark Mocha Almond Kashi Tlc Bar and a Mandarin
Lunch: Eating a salad, Romain Lettuce, Carrots, Dill, some grinded peppers, small pieces of a all natural chicken breast, cucumber, and added some lemon juice.

Have i done good so far? Will i be successful in losing weight if i eat similarly everyday

I cut out 500 calories and should eat 1600 a day and intake of the most 2.4k sodium

Also what should i Eat for Dinner?

Some tips that would help alot?
