I met this girl online and we we've been talking for a while (a few months). eventually she says she likes me. within a day she starts saying she loves me. I live in California and she lives in Toronto. I had been planning to go to Canada anyway and we planned for me to visit her. she talks about visiting me sometime. she's got skype and wants me to get on it, but I don't have it yet. and she's pretty affectionate towards me even though we've never even talked over the phone, which seems kinda strange
I wasn't concerned at first, but I started reading about people being tricked by others into thinking they "knew" the person, and then finding out it was a lie just to mess with them. and one story sounded a lot like mine. she showed me her pic and she's pretty good looking. am I being paranoid? or am I right on this?
