okay so, i had a tmobile sidekick lx for about a few months until i spilled soda on it. then i bought a new sidekick lx from my insurance. then over the months i began to notice its been freezing & acting up so i exchanged it for a new one for free. then it happened again and i mailed it back to my insurance company, and they decided to give me the sidekick 2008 because it was proven that the sidekick lx cause plenty of problems.
i really would like to have a new phone andi was wondering if im elgible of upgrading to a new one. i have a 2 year contract, but my contract with my sidekick LX expires this upcoming june. but idk if my contract will expire for my sidekick 2008 contract or my lx contract, i hope its for my lx tho. helpp!
