So i am 17 years old and im from new jersey, i am 4 foot 8 1/2 inches tall but im not a "midget" i am very well proportioned, but just very small.. i weigh only 89 lbs but i can do pretty much anything a regular person can do... but not EVERYTHING...
everyone tells me that i am a legal midgit and that when im older i can get a handicap license plate and even money from the government... is this true?
my doctors dont think im going to get much taller lol.
