Am I a hypochondriac if I I keep taking blood and urine tests and everything is fine?

Been tested for thyroid that was fine now I have mild abdominal pain. Went to the Er urine was normal bit said it could divurticulitis. Am I doing all of this worrying to myself for nothin?
