I burnt an audio CD for the cd player in my 99 Altima. It worked fine the first time, and so i left the Cd in. Next day i try it out and the player gives me an error, and kicks the Cd out. Radio, tape work fine.
I tried using the same Cd in my 04 Infiniti Fx35, and it worked fine.
Repairing the stock stereo costs around $200.
Also where i live, it gets kinda cold. In the concerned week it was around 12 - 25 Degrees F.
