Alternator Whine, Noise from my sub woofer?

I have a amp i just hooked up to my car about a month ago. Recently the sub would start making a whining noise with the speed of the engine and as you gave it gas the noise would get louder. My friend and i just shuffled some wires around to make it look better and that is when it started happening. the hot wire and remote wire and rca cables run in the same path and are zip tied together. the ground is bolted to the passenger seat post. I heard that the hot wire should not be near the rca's because that is what causes the whine. but if it never did it before why would it do it all the sudden? any help on how to eliminate the "whine" would be appreciated.

it is definately becaus eof how you routed your wires , your power and ground should be routed on the opposite side of the car then the rca and speaker wires . also maybe find a different ground , clean some paint off a small area inside the car ( under carpet or someting and attach the ground wire with a self tapping screw so it is very secure .
