Alternatives to the Elimination Diet?

I'm trying to test for food intolerances. Some of the symptoms I get are bloating, nausea and vomitng, colicky stomach pain, and my stools have solid stuff in them and sometimes turn out fuzzy and shredded. These occur simultaneously after eating dairy, wheat/gluten and sugars. I have started out on an elimination diet which eradicates salycalites, gluten, lactose and any other yeast type foods (as I think it might be Candida). However, my Grandma doesn't know one thing about nutrients, and she is the main person who cooks food for me. I came home from school to find that she had tried to accommodate for my gluten-free diet by cooking pasta. I have had a blood test done with negative results for allergies, so I think I might just be sensitive to these types,or as said above, have a yeast infection. There is no way that I am going to go through with this, it has been two days, and I have tried and failed. Are there other ways to tell if I have an intolerance?
