I was on sonicelectronix.com and was looking at some Alpine type r's and noticed this package http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_29666_3600W-Complete-Kicker-Alpine-Bass-Package.html
Why would they put this amp with these subs? i dont know about car audio but with this amp wouldnt the lowest rms to run those subs at would be 750 rms a piece? and i would NOT want to over power the subs like that. Is there a way to make the rms for these subs around 500-600 rms a piece with this Kicker amp because that is their rms suggestion.
How do you turn up or down gain and what exactly is gain? And If i had the gain down do you think the subs would be okay, and how do you know if your local car audio shop put the gain and other stuff like that at the right level?
