Ive read some good reviews on A/H foaming cleanser on other websites. Has anyone ever tried this? Is it one of those cleansers that you have to put moisturizer on right away otherwise your face feels tight? Im so tired of trying to decide which products to try. There's too many!!

Ive also heard about phisoderms cleansers, anyone try them?

I have never used either products mentioned, however, I did read in paula begoun's book Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me that cleansers with alpha hydroxy basically just get washed down the drain when you rinse it off of your face. She did seem to like alpha hydrox products in general though. It's a great book and a fun read if you get a chance to look for it at the library or bookstore.

I happen to use cetaphil liquid cleanser, and it works great for my sensitive skin. It seems that many dermatologists do recommend cetaphil for cleansing purposes. And for a facial scrub once a week, paula suggests merely mixing a little bit of baking soda with some cetaphil liquid and using that as opposed to purchasing the harsh apricot scrubs that are out there :)

Is that author the same Paula that makes the Paul's choice products? Ive seen that in the bookstore before but never knew how useful it would be.
