I love that scene from the first ep of season 4 where Larry makes that speech. Ally's "you're the biggest ass I've ever met" line is so funny...and the look that she gives him! :lol:

A part of me would want an "Ally McBeal" movie if A/L were to end up together, but another part of me didn't care for season 5 and wouldn't really want to see them mess up the ending...again.

I had hoped Larry would come back in the finale eppy and sweep her off her feet, instead of having her end up all alone. I found the ending to the show very depressing and kind of mirroring the very beginning.
I wonder how differently the show would have ended if not for RDJ's problems with the law.

Robert really deserved that award. Larry was the only one who could serve as a worthy partner for Ally because he had more problems than she did. He was interesting to watch all on his own.
Yeah, they were close on the set. Remeraber David Kelly saying Calista would cry everytime she saw the house AL were supposed to share in Season 5? She must have really missed him.

No, it was recorded for the soundtrack only. RObert might have performed it in Season 5 if he'd been there.
I like that film. I had to study it for Media Studies this year and I had to keep correcting my teacher on Robert's name. He kept saying, "Robert Dowry."
