Alltel shop help... nothing is showing up!!?

i recently got a lg tritan that came with alltel shop. after activation i went to download the free email app. the problem is that when i go to download it, it says "no items were found". waited 24 hours later, and still no items found. is this an activation problem? what can i do to get it to display (and download) apps?
 
Try to download another app. If doesn't work it mean that Verizon Wireless has cut that service off of its Alltel Phones Lines. Since the merger with Alltel and Verizon Verizon now has control over Alltels Shop which they were planning on canceling anyway. This could be the issue. Call *611 For Support.
