Alltel Prepaid phone /Mobile Web question.?

I recently bought my son an Alltel prepaid phone. I didn't see online anything about the mobile web, I was wondering how much it cost to use it? He has it on his phone, and we had to set up the control features for it.He has the Touch messenger by Samsung. He's on the pay by day plan.
