I had a car accident back in 2005. The other person's insurance appeared to be ALLSTATE. The accident was not my fault and car damage was not that high (about 1000$), yet that guy's car was totally trashed and towed away.
I've checked with my doctor and had numerous amounts of therapies. Also, I do have a lawyer who runs this case. After all, first they called me in to testify for their lawyer, then they asked me to go see their doctor who actually agreed that I do have health issues after accidentent. They pull out my old medical records and dig any other illness that I have.
We had a meeting with prosecutor where they came up with paying me 15.000$, but then they changed their mind and started suing my chiropractor. The final court is scheduled to be in April of 2011....Anyway, the question is....HOW ARE MY CHANCES ON WINNING THIS CASE?
