i have an allergy all the year round and am on anti allery tablet every day. if i don't have the tablet, then i start having a running nose, then sneezing followed by fatigue. It also gives me itchiness on the scalp, my face etc. what should i do ? i desperately want to find out the cause !!

You can get tested but you'd either have to continue with the pills or take injections. It's usually difficult to totally avoid the offending allergens.
