Allergy skin discomfort question

I have seasonal allergies in the Spring, Summer and Fall. I get a tickling sensation, sometimes itchy too in every crevice of the body, including the mouth. Is this normal? Nothing OTC and some prescriptions don't work.
 
It would be nice to hear some replies to my question. I'm desperate to :mad:resolve my issue.
