Hi, its me again, Dee. I had a different post about my allergies but now I am bothered with, well, who knows! It appears to me like I have phlegm in my throat. I do not have a cough, but it seems like when I talk that I am not talking with all my voice and therefore I think I have phlegm in my throat and I try to cough. There is nothing to cough, but I do sip on water and eventually I can clear my throat of phlegm. This is driving me crazy and I do have gerd and I do have allergies to mold and dustmites. I live in Florida, but at the present time I am visiting relatives in Chicago, Illinois. It seems as though at about the two weeks we got here I develeoped a tickle in my throat, and then horseness, a trip to the doctor who said it was probably virus and he did here wheezing in the lung so he tought it was bronchitis so he put me on steroiRAB and the z-pak. After running out of the z-pak and sterioiRAB I began to get worse, went to ER, they put me on an albuterol inhaler, went to allergist, he gave me more antibiotics and advair, which I just couldnt use, it made me very anxious and scared. Now I feel like I have all this phlegm that I just cant get rid of no matter what I do. I drink lots of water which does help and hot tea. Will this ever go away? I cant get into the ENT for 2 more weeks, feel like I cant deal with this too much longer. Please, someone help me, or tell me if you have ever had this and will it go away, I am so tired of hearing to use a saline solution, I use it nonstop and sneeze and blow my nose constantly. I do believe I need something like nasonex or flonase that I can use daily. HELP!!!!!!!!
