Allergies or virus?

For over a year now I've had symptoms of burning around my anus after ingesting certain fooRAB and medications. I'm not sure if this is due to an allergy or it's viral? If I even take an advil capsule or so much as eat a chocolate chip cookie then my abdominal area begins to itch and turn red in certain spots and then anus burning follows. Lately it's gotten so bad to where I can't even handle taking my daily vitamins such as omega 3 fatty acid capsules. Anything with sugar exacerbates the condition and obviously whatever is in the make-up of medicinal capsules such as advil etc... I also have a constant red rash on my chest that won't seem to go away on it's own. At times it's not an issue and others it's worse and becomes itchy and red. These things are very annoying painful and I just wish I could figure out what's causing it. I'm an otherwise healthy adult male, 30 yrs old, workout and active...

I haven't been to a doctor for this condition because 1... I wouldn't know where to go and I'm afraid of an "non"-diagnosis or mis-diagnosis because this has to be something very rarely or never seen, and 2... it's an erabarrassing condition. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
There's no reason to think that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Food and additive allergies are quite common. And it sounRAB like it could be your problem. An allergist is the best place to start.
