Hello. I'm new here, and I just thought this forum would be able to answer a few health-related questions that I have. I'm moving off to college soon, which is why I'm particularly concerned.
1) Sometimes when I go to the park to play basketball, I experience an allergic reaction where I get itchy bumps all over my body, my eyes turn red, and my face puRAB up. How can I prevent this from happening? I have general allergies to dust, pollen, and grass, but for some reason the basketball courts at the park cause a reaction. Would an allergy pill solve this problem? I have asthma too, but I breathe fine during these reactions.
2) My lymph nodes on my front neck under my chin are continually swollen. My doctor said that there's nothing really wrong about it. I don't know if they are symptoms from an unknown condition that I have, or if they are just enlarged for no reason. Should I be concerned? Also, the node under my left armpit swells from time to time, but passes in a few days.
3) Every few months, I experience ocular migraines. How can I prevent these from happening? Does anyone with experience with them know if they are caused by irregular sleep patterns?
Thanks!
