Ok, I look on the weather website and check the local pollen report because my allergies have been driving me nuts the last few days. We have had rain as well. When I look at the pollen report, it states that nothing is reported. Does that mean that pollen isn't a problem or someone has simply not kept that up to date? The reason I ask is because, I thought it meant that there were no real pollen problems, but they way I feel (sinus headache, ear pressure etc..) says differently.

Any thoughts on this?

Yes...ignore the pollen counts! If you have other allergies - like dustmites, mold, etc the pollen count won't be of any use to you. And sinus issues can be related to barometric pressure, the heat being on, etc. My sinuses are a mess from October to March due to the heat being on...

Hi,
I live on the east coast and my allergies are annoying me as well. My daughter too. It says the pollen, tree and grass here are very low due to the rain, but not to us. So, I agree, not to listen to the counts, but how you feel.
