Allergies/Hayfever

Please, need NEW suggestions. have suffered itchy skin, particulary inside ears, on head, face and hanRAB, hair folicles at roots hurt to touch, eyes water and itch and need to sleep or cover to help, head gets 'fuzzy', chest tight, energy levels drop out all together, and usually end up in bed trying to sleep these symptoms off for days...have been to specialists and had series of injections (didn't work), Drs. many prescriptions and also off the shelf medications and also lots of naturopaths in the past..( been fighting this for over 10 years or more)now at my wits end as last attack made me depressed and knocked me out for over 2 weeks...does anyone know of anything new on the market I could try? I flush, I spray, I swallow and since I am also Gluten intolerant and dairy too, eat only fresh food and nothing has changed in my diet for years either. I drink heaps of water and exercise regulary when feeling up to it. If anyone out there has suffered similarly, would really appreciate your input...Thanks in advance Jarlyn
 
Generally speaking, if you gargle with warm salt water and it goes away, then it's allergies or PND. If it doesn't, then it's most likely an infection.
 
I have a good friend who had great success with NAET treatments. I haven't been able to afford to go that route with so many allergies, but you may want to look into it.
