I used to have allergies spring and fall, just itchy ears, palate but never severe enough for medication. Last march, after the snow melted, usual itchy ears and throat and that developped in full blowned allergies, runny nose or stuffed up. itchy throat. doesn't seem to matter where I am. At work, at home, outside, away on vacation. I can't pinpoint anything making the allergies bad other than dust and wine. Staying away from wine, still allergies. Even going outside, now with the snow, I'll just start sneezing.
This makes no sense.
Any idea??

Start making notes of everything you did or ate, up to 12 hours before your allergy started.

Most allergies start right after contact is made!

Then you should be able to see what it is your doing or eating that's the same everytime this happens.

If it's something outside, leaf or grass ete.

You could take a band-aid and put a small piece of what you think it might be on it, then stick it on the inside (close to your body) of your forearm.

If your arm starts to itch at the site and skin is red with or without hives, it's a pretty good bet that's what causeing your allergies. Be sure to take band-aid off and wash the area of the site.

This might work with dry fooRAB too. You also do a web search for muscle testing for allergies.

Good stuff!

it's really weird! I think I am allergic to beer and wine now, shortly after consumming these, I get conjested and it last up to 12 hours.
What really puzzles me is that I'll feel normal, and while driving (it's winter and snowy here by the way), I'll sneeze and get conjested. That can happen 5 minutes after getting into the car, 1 hour after or not at all. Same thing in any given room. It seems to be random. Not eating anything, just sitting there and it happens.
I will give up beer and wine tho.
