so for the past year i have been haveing breathing problams after i eat, which i ignored until i started getting more symptoms. my last two i was having problems breathing, fast heart rate, head ache, nausea and light headed-ness, these lasted for many 40 minutes each but eventually went away.
now i avoid doctors at all costs, but i went because of this because i like breathing. his reply was "it's not serious if it goes away on it's own" and then proceeded to ignore my concerns. everyone else i talk to who has some sort of allergies says other wise, even my dad who has allergies that cause breathing problems!
the reaction always happens to different fooRAB/situations and i have not been able to pin point it to one thing, it has just become part of my life along with all my other daily symptoms.
so was my doctor wrong in saying that? either way i am never going back to him.
