All this time and no official iPhone review / pic thread?

I bought one and love it, I've been playing with it nonstop for the past couple hours. If there's any specific questions i'm down for answering them. The Apple store I was at had like 10 on display, you could do everything on it from viewing youtube to making a phone call. That might be your best bet if you really want to learn more about it.

i have questions..

1 when viewing websites... I know that on a blackberry things sorta look really out of place...since its all bunched together...how does it look on the iphone?

2. how is the camera?

3. how do you make a phone call for instance I have certain numbers that i hit 1 for viocemail, 2 for whoever else. I know the iphone doesnt have one touch so how does that work

4 how is service so far?

5 how is the sound as far as hearing the caller on speaker, and on the phone itself??

6 how much was everything out the door. which version did you get?

7 how is typing a text message on the keyboard. Does it have quick reactions when you hit the keys before you see it on screen or is it sluggish

1. If you've watched the demo, you would know that you get a full web browser. Websites look just as they do on your computer. Instead of bunching it up like other mobile phones, it zooms out on the content.

2. Typical mobile phone camera

7. Typing works a lot better than I thought. Just trust the software--It works. For example, the hit area of the keys grow and shrink (invisibly). So if you wanted to type "time" and had already typed "tim", the target area for the "e" key would be much larger than normal and "w" and "r" would shrink because "timw" and "timr" are not common English words. I think after a week, I'd be blazing. Typing is quick.

I am posting from mine right now. Review? Great multimedia phone that is the benhmark of phones, but will not replace my blackberry for my professional life. Photos? Its late, tomorrow maybe.

eh i havent really watched any vids on it so i didnt know

I got another question....this is something I hate about the razr i have. I dont know why but this bugs me.

Can I have more than one number per name so theres not double instances of "xoxox house" and xoxox Cell"

Yeah, I have a Motorola and I hate the way it stores multiple numbers too.

Yeah, you can have multiple numbers associated with one person. It works the same way as it does on the iPod or OSX Address Book

when you activate it, it asks for your billing address and if that's where you'll primarly use the iPhone. So I imagine you'll be fine if you activate it in Orlando.

2. Camera is excelent

3. You can make a favorites list which is the same as speed dial but you just push the names that come up

4. I get full bars at my house so the service is great, youtube defaults to lower quality playback while on edge it seems though. On wifi youtube looks amazing.

5.Sound quality is on par with my Dash not as good as my 8801

6. I bought 2 so it was something like ~$1300

7. keyboard was frustrating at first but I got the hang of it and it's just as fast as my dash, no lag

if you have more questions I'll answer them
