I would say go to a place near you that sells a bunch of cameras...best buy, target maybe. places like that. and take some time to just play around with them, take some pics of random things, the price sticker, whatever. Try that settings and really just play around on some cameras. Find the one you like the best and take note of it. Then dont just decide on it, go to another place and play with some other cameras. Don't settle at one place because you may find a better one someplace else.
Good Luck!

...of good cameras,)? Okay so i absolutely LOVE photography! I think it is just so beautiful! this christmas im asking my parents for a camera, (i always used my moms!) I want one that can take good close-ups of smaller things and just an all around good camera,,,,

but heres the catchh--- i need it under $150! I know all of the amazing cameras are like 400 but i cant buy that now, maybe wehen i get older and have a job in highschool, but not now.

Any suggestions? which cameras NOT to buy? THanks!!!!!
