hi all...
my names nick, im from canada and i own a rogers lg tu720 shine
im trying to unlock it using the method described here and the softwares available here...
ive already used lgmdp open to backup NV, that was succesful,
then i tried using the mtty method... i got the first command ok " at%swv "
the reply back was " TU720FL-01-V10g-302-720-DEC-31-2007+2 "
then i do the command " at%idde "
i get reply of " idde error "
so i stop, i restore my original NV file, and nothing happens, my phone is still sim locked...
then i try the direct unlock program from the_new
and it just goes into a endless searching for usb devices loop and never finds my phone...
im at a loss here, i need this phone unlocked, and i cannot afford unlocking services at this moment in time, im using a crappy motorola w233 renew phone...
if you need any additional info dont hesitate to ask me... im not a newb at this stuff just am stuck with this phone
unlocked many moto's and nokia's and samsungs already, this is actually my first attempt at unlocking an lg
anyone with help or info... plz im beggin yea... lol

Just attempted to unlock number of viewty, most of them were unlocked perfectly, while few couldn't be unlocked, though applied the same procedures and got the same Unlock Done message. Anyone has this problem? any idea?

i have done many viewty unlockjs before but this one only connects in emergency mode.
i have changed computers ,cables but no matter what i do it always in emergency mode and i cant make nv backup.
i even full factory reset the phone , just only detects in emergency

any ideas how to resolve this.

and , perdon, have other U900, not REEBOOT, when i FLASH, whith LGMDP, only CODE FILE, after 3 ORIGINAL FILE, REEBOOT, but REMAIN in LOGO 3, and after the LGMDP, answere, "THIS PHONE NOT GOOD FOR MARKETING", i never have LOOCK this.

Hello, I am very afraid now. I tried this LG3Gunlock program but now my Bluetooth doesn't work! when I click Bluetooth option it says, "You must set BD address!" How do I fix? please I don't have a backup of NV I just click direct unlock that's all! Thank you for your help people.
