Tanks now my ku380 is working fine , i used usb connection , please be carefull with MODEM COM , not phone com , use mycomputer ,right clik properties , hardware , device manager , modems ,LGE mobile usb modem , double clik , modem u will see modem port , and use that number when u select port for hyperterminal , all commands are working like scooper540 said.

Will this software unlock the KS 360 ? My KS360 phone is locked to the Virgin Network in the UK. Someone is interested in buying it from Spain, so I wondered If anyone can tell me if it is possible to be used in Europe on thier networks? Do the Europeon networks differ from the networks in the UK?
