I have made backup with LG Downloader and unlocked the phone but now when I want to restore NV the program says: ERROR. NV Backup File doesn't exist. How to restore NV? I have not yet powered down the phone. Any advice

Hi i am unable to backup the phone with the software,it keeps failing,i have tried the LGMDP EURO also the open and both are giving the same message LGMDP has stopped working,a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program.
Is there a solution to this problem
