everytime i open a application such as Mozilla Firefox or Skype it always opens with windows photo viewer and always says:
"Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because either Photo Viewer doesn't support this format, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Viewer."
Can anyone please help me with this problem and to also give me step by step instructions on how to fix it.
