...you need to fullflash your phone (included bootcore area).
Download file from:

Open Joker, go to the Flash menu, check only FullFlash and ReCalc Keys, Write, Open fullflash file and start flashing process. After finishing your phone is flashed and unlocked. If you have any problems, post log file to see....
If is OK, go to http://eh.student.utwente.nl/~landy/index.php?dir=A60/
user: mobile
password: elibom
and download file "A60_270300_service.zip". Use the data cable and upgrade your phone to firmware 27 language pack 03 (I see in the Joker log file that is your country language pack).
