Hello all members. I have a good one for you. One of my co-workers has a CESIM A007. It developed a problem where it was cutting off and restarting on it's own even with a fully charged battery. It was sent back to the US for repair and came back working fine. However a few weeks passed and the SMS started giving problems. Some of the letters on the virtual keypad went missing and when he tries to touch any of the remaining letters on the screen the phone cuts off completely and has to be manually rebooted. He can write letters on the screen above the onscreen keypad and the phone will not cut off, but as soon as a letter or number is touched, the phone cuts off again. Then the alarm started malfunctioning by ringing at a different time than what was set or not ringing at all. Now the games have started freezing. I told him I will post the problem here and see if my fellow forum members have a workable solution. Personally, I think if there are files to flash the firmware and rewrite from scratch the phone might get a new life, but I will need directions to do this. Thank you.
