PLEASE HELP ME...

My phone work property good. And I found some codes for software on this forum, input codes *#3646633# , and find options SIM CARD (dont remmember good) select speed and after this, phone asked me da change. AND SHOT DOWN !!

I can Power on phone, no nothing. Screen dark. Traing charge batery and don change reaction !

any body help me i have sigmatel chines mobile with hf profile, i was looking for charger when i inserted charger to check charging. charging worked but it showed hf profile, but now hf profile is still their after removing charger. can any one help
