Sometimes can be software problem but usully its hardware problem
For software repair:Need to format phone
for hardware repair:Open phone clean headset connector or change it with new one.And also sometımes can be by compeonents nearest headset jack.

It's hardware problem.
C on headset line is damage.

Headset plug damage
or
CPU damage

95% time this problem come from hardware.
5% or less its come from software.
