First check IMEI Number of BB8100 because this problem of imei number only if imei number is there then this imei is using in another Device if any issue post me reply

First what u did this is firmware problem, update latest firmware with application loader and latest firmware version is- 4.5.0 your problem will solve 100% if any issue post me reply

sir i checked the imei number and it is already existing and correct (like it is writen under the battery)
So if this imei is used by another device , I have nothing to do with this phone ?
because even i tried to change the imei, it will be already used by another device
what do you think ?

I tried to unlock bb8320(vodafone) with bb unlocker by harald kubovy'08..after unlocking my phones doest't turned up..its shows application missing (Factory setting os).

Kindly help me..
how to unlock my phone?

Your bb8310 have hardware problem so just do general service of your device after that resold battery connector or replace battery connector and clean display connector also your problem will solve 100% if any issue post me reply

i have a bb 9500 with black display... sometimes comes but rare chnce. i alrady checked with another display . but same....
 
Hi can anyone help me cuz I don't know if it's software or hardware related. In Options / Advanced Options / Sim Card and I type "MEPD" or "MEPPD" I didn't gen any response. All connections are off and it's a BlackBerry Tour 9630. Thanks

i think this is something software problem so.. First wipe your device BB9630 then try with MEPD and you have Enter MEPD only if it is not done, After That you have update latest firmware with application loader your problem will solve ..
