BB8700 dont have option for remove password so just Go To setting>>security>>General>> Press menu and click on WIFEHANDELD your BB8700 Automatic wipe or enter wrong pass word more then ten time after wipe its asking for new password then enter your new password if any issue post me reply

Hi Bro

1. Update latest firmware with application loader and use only latest firmware only after that if it is not done then
2. Erase with mfi multiloader after pass update latest firmware your problem will solve but after Erase With MFI Multiloder U cant access Few services of internate like blackberry massanger and etc.
