If your phone is not connected with PC then this is hardware problem only so just resold charging jack or replace charging jack then connect with PC and update firmware your problem will solve post me reply

Hi Bro.

Yes multiloader doesn't work properly with 9500 because BB 9500 is Mini Usb so try 4-5 time It has to be work, mini usb is little hard to use in multiloader

hello mate i have 9700 earpiece not working

1. i try to change earpiece = same problem
2. i change the cable = same problem


any idea?

same problem.....but with 8900...counter for mep code is zero! need to rebuild,
i think this model is not supported by mfi....any other solution or tool i can use to clear.

help urgently please.

Hi,

Your only option is to try loading the latest firmware on the device. You need to download the firmware from the carrier that originally sold the device; a carrier logo may be on the casing and\or on the start-up splash screen. Once you download the latest firmware (link below) just install the update onto a PC running BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The next time your device is connected you will be prompted to upgrade.and your problem will solve post me reply

I know of 9700 with this problem,what is your model??...they come with O.S 5.0..reinstall O.S as there is no higher version using app loader.

Alternatively search the forum..there is a blackberry tool that clears the sms bug.if you dont get send i will upload.
